Help!
RUNNING QUESTION:
During the tail end of my run, I started getting chills that lasted through my cool down and still haven’t completely gone away. This is my first run in about 3 weeks (I’ve been seriously slacking) and although I wasn’t pushing myself as hard as I did on my last one, I was pushing relatively hard and sweating as much if not more than I usually do. I’m still sweating so much that I had to turn the AC on in my apartment, but the chills haven’t really gone away.
This has NEVER happened to me before. I’m wondering if I’m just dehydrated, but I really have no idea. Its kind of freaking me out. Thoughts, ANYONE?!
